A private phone line for therapists, coaches and consultants

You're in session. You can't be interrupted, but a new client who gets voicemail usually doesn't call twice.

What a call sounds like

Hello, you've reached the practice. How can I help?

I'm looking to book an initial consultation.

We're taking new clients. Can I take your name and the best number?

Sam Okafor, this number's fine.

Thank you Sam. Jordan will call you back between sessions today.

Nobody interrupts the session, and nobody falls through the cracks either.

Setting it up

Set hours around your sessions and add a transfer destination for genuine emergencies. Knowledge: whether you're taking new clients, and your intake process.

Everything above is configured in the app under Settings › Your Agent. Your assistant uses what you tell it on every call — so the more it knows about therapist, coach, or consultant work, the fewer calls come back to you.

Why not just give out your own number?

Because you can't take it back. A second line is a number you can hand out freely, hang up on, and release if it ever attracts the wrong attention — while your personal number stays with the people who already have it.
