A booking line for salons, barbers and nail techs

Your hands are literally in someone's hair. The phone rings, you let it go, and that's a booking gone.

What a call sounds like

Thanks for calling Lumen Studio! How can I help?

Do you have anything Saturday for a cut and colour?

I've got 11 in the morning or 2:30.

Eleven works.

You're booked for Saturday at 11. I'll text a confirmation.

The chair stays full without you putting the scissors down.

Setting it up

Set your hours and connect your calendar, then turn on Book appointments. Put your price list in Knowledge so it can answer 'how much for a cut and colour?'

Everything above is configured in the app under Settings › Your Agent. Your assistant uses what you tell it on every call — so the more it knows about salon, barber, or nail tech work, the fewer calls come back to you.

Why not just give out your own number?

Because you can't take it back. A second line is a number you can hand out freely, hang up on, and release if it ever attracts the wrong attention — while your personal number stays with the people who already have it.

People also set it up for

Pick a number, tell your assistant what you know, and hand it out.
