Setting it up

Hours plus a greeting that says you're out on jobs. Add your rates to Knowledge so it can quote without you.

Everything above is configured in the app under Settings › Your Agent. Your assistant uses what you tell it on every call — so the more it knows about cleaner, landscaper, or mobile service work, the fewer calls come back to you.

Why not just give out your own number?

Because you can't take it back. A second line is a number you can hand out freely, hang up on, and release if it ever attracts the wrong attention — while your personal number stays with the people who already have it.
