A second phone number for real estate agents

You're mid-showing when a buyer calls about the Maple Street listing. You can't pick up, and by the time you're free they've booked with someone else.

What a call sounds like

Thanks for calling! This is Ava, Jordan's assistant. How can I help?

I saw the Maple Street listing — is it still available?

It is. Would you like to come and see it? I have Saturday at 11 or Sunday at 2.

Saturday at 11.

Booked. Jordan will text you to confirm.

It answers, knows the listing, and books the showing while you're still in the kitchen.

Setting it up

Add your listings to Knowledge — address, price, and what's special about each one. Turn on Book appointments so it offers showing times straight from your calendar.

Everything above is configured in the app under Settings › Your Agent. Your assistant uses what you tell it on every call — so the more it knows about real estate agent work, the fewer calls come back to you.

Why not just give out your own number?

Because you can't take it back. A second line is a number you can hand out freely, hang up on, and release if it ever attracts the wrong attention — while your personal number stays with the people who already have it.
