Listening in on calls and taking over mid-call
You're watching the conversation scroll and you realise you do want this one.
What a call sounds like
Thanks for calling! How can I help?
It's Marcus from Bell Plumbing about Thursday.
Jordan says he'll take this one — putting you through now.
You're never locked out of your own phone call.
Setting it up
Open the call in the app. Whisper an instruction the caller can't hear, or take it over with one tap.
Everything above is configured in the app under Settings › Your Agent. Your assistant uses what you tell it on every call — so the more it knows about listen in, jump in work, the fewer calls come back to you.
Why not just give out your own number?
Because you can't take it back. A second line is a number you can hand out freely, hang up on, and release if it ever attracts the wrong attention — while your personal number stays with the people who already have it.
People also set it up for
Pick a number, tell your assistant what you know, and hand it out.
