Teaching your AI receptionist what it needs to know
An assistant that doesn't know your prices can only take a message. One that does can actually answer the question.
What a call sounds like
Thanks for calling! How can I help?
What are your rates for a call-out?
It's $90 for the visit, and that comes off the job if you go ahead.
Fewer callbacks, because the answer already happened.
Setting it up
Settings → Your Agent → Knowledge. Add your hours, prices, service area, parking, policies — anything you explain more than once a week.
Everything above is configured in the app under Settings › Your Agent. Your assistant uses what you tell it on every call — so the more it knows about tell it what you know work, the fewer calls come back to you.
Why not just give out your own number?
Because you can't take it back. A second line is a number you can hand out freely, hang up on, and release if it ever attracts the wrong attention — while your personal number stays with the people who already have it.

Pick a number, tell your assistant what you know, and hand it out.
