A guest phone line for Airbnb and short-term rental hosts

A guest can't work the lockbox at 11pm. You're asleep, and in the morning there's a one-star review about it.

What a call sounds like

Hi, you've reached Jordan's place. How can I help?

I'm at the door and the lockbox won't open.

The code is the last four digits of your booking. It sticks — pull down firmly as you turn.

That did it, thank you!

Great. WiFi password's on the fridge. Enjoy your stay.

It talks them through the lockbox at midnight and you never wake up.

Setting it up

Put check-in instructions, the WiFi password, and parking in Knowledge. Leave the assistant answering around the clock — set no hours at all.

Everything above is configured in the app under Settings › Your Agent. Your assistant uses what you tell it on every call — so the more it knows about short-term rental host work, the fewer calls come back to you.

Why not just give out your own number?

Because you can't take it back. A second line is a number you can hand out freely, hang up on, and release if it ever attracts the wrong attention — while your personal number stays with the people who already have it.
